Don't slack on the Resume!!

I can't reinerate enough on how important the Resume is. Keep it simple I recommend 1 to 2 pages. Highlight all major accomplishments and make your summary the single most important aspect. make it STAND OUT!!! you have to understand these board members are reviewing hundreds of packages. and for people such as myself who are inter service transfers that is what will set us apart from the rest.
